June Means Quitting!

I’m limiting my phone use to 2 hours a day using the handy dandy iPhone screen time tracker. I’m doing this for all of June.

I want to show up.

I want to be open.

I want to clean up and be HERE, now, for LIFE!

I’ll post at greater length on this topic at the tail end of June to see where I am, where I was, and where I will be going.
